Change release channel

　Starting with 0b46, you can now choose your release channel.

　1ch is the usual latest release version.
　2ch is the old sharing rules version. (previous sharing rule)
　0ch is the public test build.

　These changes can be selected from the main menu "About UO Mapistro " or from the updater UI.

　Upgrading to newer versions is automatic, but downgrading to older versions must be done through the updater UI.

　The order of versions is as follows.

　0ch ≧ 1ch ＞ 2ch
