SNTP Time setting

　SNTP To adjust the time, use the SNTP client, which is a type of NTP, to connect to the time server at UDP and synchronize the internal time of the PC.
　This time adjustment is performed every 15 minutes, and if the result display is turned on, the result will be displayed in the time sync item for 500 frames (25 seconds by default).
　Connection timeout is 1 second. If a result is not obtained within one second, the time setting for that session will be aborted.
　By default, "time.cloudflare.com" is specified, but almost all servers known as NTP servers can be used.
　The display contents of time sync are as follows.

■ Up to 0b170

　WinSock error → WSAStartup failure.
　socket error → Datagram socket creation failed.
　get host error → Failed to obtain host address.
　 NTP send error → UDP Sending failed.
　 NTP select error → select error.
　timeout → ~0b161, if there is no response from the server.
　 NTP recv error → 0b162, if there was no response from the server.
　timeout *.*** sec → Connection timeout. (at the time of reception)
　can't access admin → You don't have administrator privileges. Please run as administrator.
　can't set time → The time could not be set for some reason.
　+*.*** sec → The time was corrected and set.
　 -*.*** sec → The time was set with negative correction.

■ 0b171 or later

　! Not Admin → Not possible because you do not have administrator privileges.
　WinSock error → WSAStartup failure.
　! Privilege → Failed to secure time change privilege.
　! Socket → Datagram socket creation failed.
　! Timeout Setting → Timeout setting failed.
　! Local Port Using → Failed to secure local port.
　! Host → Failed to obtain host address.
　! NTP Send → UDP Sending failed.
　! NTP Recv → UDP Failed to receive.
　! timeout○.○○ms → There was no response from the server.

　No set (+- ○.○○○s)　→ Passed because the error is less than 10ms.
　Pass + - ○○ms under (+- ○.○○○s) 9 87650084 → Passed because the error is less than 10ms. (10ms can be changed in settings)
　! birst (+- ○.○○○)　→ Passed as an error because the error is more than 24 hours.
　! birst diff T1,T3 (○.○○○ms)　→ Passed as an error because sending and receiving took too long.
　! Set Time Failed → The time could not be set for some reason.
　set (+- ○.○○s) → Time change completed.
